Happy holidays to you!

It's really true what they say - it's the most wonderful time of the year! We've had a little cold snap move in here in Florida, and it's making feel even more like the holiday season today :) Here is a sneak peek of the practice block for the Lucky Stars Block of the Month club, going out to all club members on December 26th.

Kind of curious what a 'cold snap' is in Florida - ? Great star block. I need to choose some fabric!

Happy holidays to you as well! Your pouches all turned out beautifully and I can't wait to see how this BOM club goes - I'm become quite enamoured with paper-piecing...

I'm really excited about the club! I wanted to be sure I was signed up...I went through Paypal and it looks like you received my payment, but I have not received confirmation or my practice block, so just wanted to be sure!!

I live in England & follow your blog regularly as it's so well written & inspiring. This BOM sounded good fun so decided to join in! I've always struggled with foundation piecing in the past, so this will be an exciting challenge for me to look forward to during 2013. I'm sure it will also be easier than I think once I've had a bit of practice. Can't wait to get started!

Thank you for leading us, Elizabeth. I've seen so many lovely patterns that require paper piecing. After this experience, I'll finally possess the skills to make them.
